Tim Maly started this company with his wife, Allyson, in 1997 with one rule: treat every project like it’s your own home. Their son Seth & daughter Bailey grew up on jobsites and eventually joined the crew full-time — and that family standard has never changed.
Today, Tim & Seth Maly Construction serves homeowners and businesses across the Wahoo region with a reputation built on honest estimates, reliable timelines, and finishes that hold up for decades.

Our bids start with true numbers that are worked from items of what you have asked for. We don't scam you with a bid that takes 24 hours to establish and then add on at the end of the project. We apply all your wants and needs up front so there aren't any surprises at the end. No lowball bids followed by change orders.
